How to Order your Cast/Crew Tickets

Discount Requirements
Each cast/crew member must provide the show director an active, accessible email address to share with the Grunin Center Box Office. This email address will be linked to your discount eligibility, and the email you provide the director is required to purchase your tickets online.
Comps and Discounted tickets are limited to each cast/crew member and cannot be shared or pooled with other members of the cast/crew. The cast member must place orders using their email address. Family members cannot order on your behalf.
Discount Offered
For Dancing at Lughnasa, each cast/crew member is eligible to receive:
- 2 Complimentary Tickets. These two tickets may be used for any of the performance dates as long as ticket availability remains (meaning, if a show is sold out, we can’t kick paying ticket holders out of their seats!)
- 8 Additional Discounted Tickets. These eight tickets will be discounted at 30% off the Adult face value (for Dancing at Lughnasa, that’s $18.00, which includes a $4.00 fee).
- Any additional tickets purchased over the ten (10) offered will be at full face value (for Dancing at Lughnasa, Adults $24, Seniors $22, price includes the $4.00 fee).
Tickets must be paid for in full when the order is placed. The Grunin Center Box Office is available Tuesday – Friday from noon – 5pm.
Note: Discount quantities and prices vary by production. The discount quantities and prices listed are for Dancing at Lughnasa only.
How to Order Tickets Online
- Visit https://booking.grunincenter.org/EventAvailability?EventId=20001 This is a direct link to the ticketing site.
2. In the top right corner, click “Login”
3. Log into your account. If you do not remember your password, click “Reset Here” next to Forgot My Password to reset. Remember to use the same email address you provided your director. On return visits, if you remember your password, you may enter it on this screen. You must log in to your account to access your Cast/Crew Comps/Discounts.
4. Once logged in, click “Get Tickets” on the left of the menu bar, then select the blue “Book Now” button under Dancing at Lughnasa.
5. You will then see a list of all the performances. Select the first performance you wish to buy tickets for.
6. This event is General Admission, meaning there are no assigned seats. Enter the total number of tickets you want for this performance. Remember, the 30% discount is only on adult-priced tickets. Click next, and on the next screen, you will see an order summary with your comp/discount allotment applied.
7. To add more dates/seats to your cart, click the “Continue Browsing” link at the bottom of the page. This will bring you to an event listing, and you can repeat steps 4 through 6 as needed. Once you have selected all the seats for all the performances you are buying, then click “Checkout.”
The system will only apply discounts until the limit is met. Please review carefully and complete the payment process. You have the option to select email or Will Call.
