Ticketing Policies

Find the ticket policies, exchange and refund information, and safety protocols for the Jay and Linda Grunin Center for the Arts.

  1. All sales are final, with the exception of Bay and Ocean level members. There are no refunds or exchanges outside of membership benefits.
  2. Prices, dates, times, performers, and performances are subject to change at any time. Such changes do not dictate a refund or exchange unless authorized by the producer, promoter, or Grunin Center for the Arts.

In the case of inclement weather, refunds will be awarded only if the show is canceled. Every effort will be made to contact the original ticket buyers if a show is canceled, and information about the cancellation will be posted on our website and our social media platforms.

The Grunin Center for the Arts, its Box Office, and its website are the only authorized distributors of tickets for Grunin Center for the Arts performances. If you purchase tickets to an event from an unauthorized source, you do so at your own risk. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, are void.

The Grunin Center values customers’ privacy and security, and will not access records or reprint tickets for anyone who cannot be verified as the original ticket buyer. Patrons holding fraudulent tickets will not be admitted into the theater.

The Grunin Center for the Arts strongly recommends that you purchase only genuine tickets directly through our authorized website, grunincenter.org.  When your tickets are legitimate, you can count on the best in seating, service, and pricing.

  1. All tickets, regardless of purchase location, include a ticketing fee retained by the Grunin Center to help offset administrative costs across all events, such as our ticketing system and the credit card fees associated with our programming.
  2. Ticket Fees are $4.00 per ticket for all orders, regardless of the point of purchase.
  3. A $3.50 per order fee is applied for all shipped ticket orders.
